In this entry-level position, the Event Marketing Coordinator will leverage their vibrant personality and exceptional audience engagement skills to generate enthusiasm among target demographics during promotional events and throughout various campaigns. Additionally, the coordinator will support the event promotions team with essential administrative, advertising, marketing, and sales tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, organize, and implement promotional events to enhance brand recognition and generate leads for assigned clients.
  • Prepare promotional displays at each event to stimulate interest in featured client brands and their offerings.
  • Encourage consumer engagement and brand loyalty through interactive product demonstrations and informative presentations.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each brand, product, and service being promoted at events.
  • Train new team members on product benefits, pricing, promotional details, and more.
  • Conduct basic sales activities.
  • Foster relationships with colleagues, marketing clients, and business partners.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in sales promotions, marketing, advertising, or similar environments is advantageous. Internship experience and prior entry-level roles will also be considered.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events and promotions.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to clients and consumers.
  • Positive demeanor and eagerness to learn.
  • Access to a vehicle is required for travel to promotional events.
