Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring a seamless transition between shifts.
- Facilities Management: Lead efforts to maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including sorting and distributing mail, voicemails, and faxes.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately upload documents and maintain records in our electronic medical record system.
- Patient Experience: Supervise patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- Administrative Support: Complete forms, process payments, and reconcile receipts with our finance team.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Interface with vendors, clinical staff, and operations team to resolve scheduling conflicts and EMR errors.
- Special Projects: Assist with administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the operations manager or area director.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in a healthcare organization.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Physical Demands: Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds, and standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to safeguard patient information.

The base pay range for this opening is $20.46-$25.58, depending on skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location.
