Job Summary

Comunilife is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team in Yonkers and Poughkeepsie. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and filing client file documents, updating program directories, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and respond to incoming calls and inquiries
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, notices, and reports
  • Establish and maintain organized filing systems
  • Assist with material preparation and logistics for program meetings
  • Update and maintain program files and mailing lists
  • Review and respond to daily incoming mail
  • Prepare and track program work order activities
  • Operate a computer to enter, retrieve, and review data
Requirements
  • Minimum Associate's degree or High School Diploma with 4 years of experience
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software
  • Experience working in programs with youth clients is preferred
