Business Development Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Boat salesperson, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing accounts within a specific territory. Your primary interface with clients will require you to represent the company faithfully and with the highest level of integrity.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Generate sales proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
- Promptly respond to administrative requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Deliver samples and products to clients as required.
- Document special orders and track client activity.
- Sell special warehouse items and promote additional revenue streams.
- Measure apartment floor plans and develop seaming diagrams to support sales efforts.
- Assist in resolving installation problems and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Participate in local trade associations and attend branch sales meetings to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Perform various tasks as requested by the supervisor to support team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience in a related field.
- Proven ability to set and attain goals, with a track record of success.
- Highly energetic and aggressive approach to sales and business development.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude and behavior, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Estimated Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
