Sales Development Representative Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new leads, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to launch their sales career or take the next step in their existing one. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying new leads through various channels
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities
- Conducting site visits and assessments to understand clients' HVAC needs

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales track record in a related field
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining a valid driver's license
