Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at FNA Consulting Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying and engaging potential customers.
  • You will work closely with clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and providing post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect potential customers through various channels & networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing personalized solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  4. Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients, highlighting how they address their specific needs.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
