Position Summary:
The role involves providing outstanding call center support by assisting both internal and external callers with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master call scripts to ensure effective communication.
- Support the office manager with daily operational tasks.
- Promptly respond to incoming leads to maximize appointment setting.
- Handle all inbound calls, utilizing provided scripts while personalizing interactions.
- Schedule appointments efficiently.
- Request reviews, referrals, and repeat business from satisfied customers.
- Track and manage all lead sources diligently.
- Document all interactions using our custom CRM software.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center is preferred.
- Familiarity with the home improvement sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in Gsuite and customer service software applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and patience.
What We Offer:
We provide competitive compensation along with bonus opportunities. Our starting hourly rate ranges from $16 to $18, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will present a professional demeanor and possess strong communication and customer service skills, with a foundational understanding of administrative procedures. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
