Position Summary:

The role involves providing outstanding call center support by assisting both internal and external callers with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master call scripts to ensure effective communication.
  • Support the office manager with daily operational tasks.
  • Promptly respond to incoming leads to maximize appointment setting.
  • Handle all inbound calls, utilizing provided scripts while personalizing interactions.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Request reviews, referrals, and repeat business from satisfied customers.
  • Track and manage all lead sources diligently.
  • Document all interactions using our custom CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the home improvement sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Gsuite and customer service software applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and patience.

What We Offer:

We provide competitive compensation along with bonus opportunities. Our starting hourly rate ranges from $16 to $18, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will present a professional demeanor and possess strong communication and customer service skills, with a foundational understanding of administrative procedures. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
