Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. This role is perfect for those who thrive on managing multiple tasks while providing world-class customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive repeat business by making exceptional quality of service a high priority, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Efficiently process orders and transactions.
  • Track and update customers on order status and delivery timelines by coordinating with logistics and shipping partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by collaborating with the sales and warehouse teams.
  • Improve overall customer experience and service efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a diplomatic and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records in the CRM program.
  • Recommend new products or services by identifying relevant features and benefits.
  • Be a forward thinker by continuously seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and products is a plus.
  • Being bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
