Job Summary

The Customer Service Product Specialist will serve as a customer advocate and product specialist, working closely with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle registration and unregistration with the State of Utah
  • Maintain accurate plating numbers and types in Salesforce
  • Manage DOT numbers and registration, including invoicing and weight changes
  • Resolve customer issues and provide training on DOT, Fleet Complete, XM Radio, and Wi-Fi
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide backup support to the CEM team
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and self-management skills
  • Organized with attention to detail and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment and willingness to learn internal software
