Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years management experience
  • 5+ years customer service experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • BS or BA or equivalent in experience (preferred)
  • Call center experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office software (preferred)
