Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent will provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. This role involves managing the administrative processes of the hotel, including check-in and check-out, room reservations, and guest requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk area, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Process guest requests, including room reservations, check-in and check-out, and package delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented.
  • Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Company-approved software.
