Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Enrollment Specialist to facilitate the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for school admission. The successful candidate will assist the School Director in providing day-to-day administration of basic office and school operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with applicable federal and state laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
  • Receive and respond to inquiries from prospective students, scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Assess and interview prospective students to determine their needs and goals.
  • Develop referrals and personal leads to support enrollment objectives.
  • Conduct tours of campus facilities, communicating features and benefits to prospective students.
  • Discuss payment options and follow up on inquiries that fail to schedule an interview or fail to show.
  • Enroll students who meet eligibility requirements, completing all necessary forms and paperwork.
  • Develop and implement a plan to follow up with enrolled students to confirm start dates and completion of admission paperwork.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment objectives, preparing and compiling documents for student files.
  • Provide employer and placement information to students, accurately recording in the Student Management System.
  • Update and complete student transcripts and prepare graduation certificates.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and accounts payable, assisting the Director with monthly account reconciliation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior post-secondary education experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
