Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for confirming and rescheduling shipments with customers via phone calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in basic office software, including Excel and Outlook.
