  • Achieve or surpass annual performance targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Dedicate 80% of time to field sales activities.
  • Engage with wholesale distributors, specifiers, and contractors in the field.

  • At least three to five years of sales experience, ideally with a progression from inside sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong industry sales and specification experience is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required. The candidate must be willing to learn and utilize the internal computer system.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, time management, prioritization, and business acumen.
  • Ability to identify and respond effectively to problems or potential issues.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills, reliability, and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and interpret general business trends.
  • Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence.
  • Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
