Sales Leadership:
As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for achieving your own sales objectives while demonstrating effective strategies to guide your team towards success.
Cultivate a competitive and results-oriented sales environment that encourages team members to realize their full capabilities.
Track sales performance and deliver regular updates to your Regional Director.
Consistently review and refresh our lead database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Examine lead data and metrics to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in overseeing high-achieving sales teams is required.
