REGIONAL OPERATIONS LEADER - SEATTLE, WA

Position Overview:
As a key player in our organization, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts within your designated area. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets.

Compensation:
Salary range: $110,000 - $115,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Dining Services Directors and their staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients while achieving critical performance metrics such as profitability and safety.
  • Participate in regional leadership discussions to share insights and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies governing meal and retail programs.
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L responsibilities for your districts.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management.

Preferred:
Proven leadership experience with a strong background in budget management, customer service, and team development. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required.
