About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Sales team in the North Texas region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and developing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the North Texas region, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Team Leadership: Build, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members achieve their sales goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Channel Partnerships: Collaborate with channel partners to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through joint sales efforts.
  • Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategies and campaigns are in place to support sales efforts and drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analytics to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of high-level management experience, with a proven track record of leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Sales Expertise: Minimum of 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
