Your Role:
The Regional Sales Executive will play a crucial role in providing clinical support for our Ultrasonic and BGS product lines within a designated territory. This position involves working closely with healthcare professionals in various settings, including hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices.

Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all BGS and Ultrasonic products.
- Identifying and pursuing new account opportunities.
- Cross-selling and upselling to enhance existing accounts.
- Coordinating and conducting training sessions for medical staff prior to product evaluations.
- Providing on-site clinical support during the evaluation process.
- Collaborating with Regional Managers and Distributors to implement strategic sales initiatives.
- Assisting with labs, trade shows, training, and other promotional activities.
- Completing all required training and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a BA/BS degree and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the medical device or surgical field. A valid driver's license is required. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.
