Position Summary

This role is primarily focused on driving sales of our core products and services by engaging with both prospective and existing clients. The Corporate Account Executive will develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets within their designated territory. This position requires a collaborative approach, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve established sales targets for core products within the assigned customer base.
  • Manage daily CRM activities, including tracking accounts, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Understand the market landscape and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Generate a list of qualified prospects for face-to-face meetings.
  • Optimize territory management to maximize client visits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations confidently for key accounts.
  • Facilitate product trials to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Create detailed and accurate proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through effective engagement with current and prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
  • Ensure adequate demo inventory levels for core products.
  • Collaborate with team members for complex sales processes.
  • Keep CRM updated with accurate information regarding competitive products.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Focus on continuous improvement through established methodologies.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience.

Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of five years of sales experience.
  • Three years of experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional business planning capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in listening, negotiation, and customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to handle stress and maintain integrity.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., MS-Dynamics, Salesforce).
