Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine new advertising campaigns while optimizing existing ones across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other paid media channels.
  • Enhance campaign effectiveness and oversee the coordination of new marketing initiatives.
  • Experiment with campaign structures, creative content, and data-driven strategies to consistently elevate performance metrics.
  • Present campaign outcomes to senior management.
  • Analyze trends and insights to monitor and optimize performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in leveraging data for direct response paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in a direct response consumer packaged goods (CPG) e-commerce brand is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A collaborative team player who is diligent, organized, and focused on achieving goals.
  • Experience in startup environments or e-commerce/retail sectors is advantageous.
