Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in the design, configuration, and customization of SAP CRM 7.0, including Business Partner (BP) management and Master Data handling.
  • Utilize SAP CRM Fiori applications, HANA, and Gateway OData services for seamless integration.
  • Manage services related to Service Contracts, Service Requests, Service Orders, and Technical Master Data.
  • Oversee Business Activities, Tasks, Service Tickets, and ERMS.
  • Possess working knowledge and substantial experience with Gateway foundation, OData services, and Fiori/UI5 applications.
  • Develop CDS Views and Fiori Smart Business applications on HANA, ensuring effective integration through PO, CRM middleware, and BDOCs.
  • Handle IDOCs, ABAP – including RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, debugging, and XML Web Services for SOA solutions in SAP.
  • Engage with CRM functionalities, Fact sheets, BRF+, Multi-Channel Foundation, and Microservices.
