Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager Assistant to support our operations team at Allsorts Inc. as an Executive Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set and interest in learning business administration, including payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and bookkeeping.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Receiving and processing mail, handling deliveries, and sending out mail and packages
  • Fielding phone calls and messages, directing inquiries to the correct staff
  • Maintaining email communications with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

We offer a flexible schedule, typically 10:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility to accommodate business needs.
