Main Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospective clients.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents, managers, and clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services effectively.
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed appropriately.
  • Assist with client inquiries by phone, email, or in person regarding properties, listings, or services.
  • Support real estate documents, contracts, and form preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts through material preparation.
  • Enter data into the CRM system and update client information.
  • Offer general office support (data entry, photocopying, etc.).
  • Direct inquiries to relevant agents or departments.
  • Assist clients with paperwork and scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with agents and clients to arrange meetings.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
