Front Desk Assistant and Office Manager

The Front Desk Assistant and Office Manager supports the day-to-day operations at HL Property Management LLC. If you possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and can work well under pressure, we encourage you to apply.
Main Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospective clients.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and stocked with necessary materials.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents, managers, and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services effectively.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed appropriately.
- Assist with client inquiries by phone, email, or in person regarding properties, listings, or services.
- Support real estate documents, contracts, and form preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Contribute to marketing efforts through material preparation.
- Enter data into the CRM system and update client information.
- Offer general office support (data entry, photocopying, etc.).
- Direct inquiries to relevant agents or departments.
- Assist clients with paperwork and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with agents and clients to arrange meetings.
- Order and manage office supplies.
