About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.

Key Tasks
  1. Filing and data entry: accurately and efficiently process and file documents
  2. Reception work: greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
  3. Scheduling meetings: arrange appointments and schedule meetings with staff and clients
  4. Correspondence preparation: prepare letters, memos, and other written communications
