Job Description

The Neighborhood Association is seeking a highly motivated and organized Neighborhood Office Manager to lead our office team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, including managing calendars, distributing correspondence, and maintaining confidential resident, staff, and agency information.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of general office coordination, including managing calendars, distributing correspondence, and signing for packages.
  • Maintain open communication between units via reporting structure, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Interact with residents, vendors, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Answer telephones and transfer calls to appropriate staff members, while also handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as copying, faxing, mailing, and filing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions, handle customer complaints and inquiries, and maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of an Associate Degree or 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure, and maintain strong organizational skills.
  • Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
