Office Operations Manager

Your key responsibilities will include managing phone calls, maintaining the reception area, and providing administrative support to our team. We require a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced office environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills and fluency in English are essential, with a strong emphasis on reading, writing, and speaking abilities. Bilingual Spanish is also required to communicate effectively with our diverse client and employee base.
