Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Brooklyn location. As an essential member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and provide information to residents, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Assist with rent collection, data processing, and record keeping
  • Prepare and process paperwork, reports, and correspondence
  • Correspond with outside agencies and ownership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; at least two years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Compensation: $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
