Job Description:
CAMBA is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
As an Office Operations Manager, your duties will include:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating meetings, conference calls, preparing agendas, reserving meeting rooms, and facilities.
  • Ensuring all agency forms, staff directory, and profiles are updated weekly.
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and tracking all office equipment maintenance issues.
  • Scheduling office equipment repairs and servicing as needed.
  • Preparing, submitting, and tracking MIS requests for assistance.
  • Ordering, receiving, tracking, storing, and distributing office supplies.
  • Assisting with the audit of employee time and attendance data.
  • Coordinating and assigning staff mailboxes as needed.

Requirements:
To be successful as an Office Operations Manager, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient experience using Microsoft Office software and knowledge of databases.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
