Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to support our growing organization at Global Kids. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the Director of Human Resources with various administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate in the HRIS (BambooHR Database).
- Training and Development: Assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records.
- Onboarding Process: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- HR Support: Assist in handling employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- HR Policy Implementation: Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
- Hourly Wage: $18-21/hr, depending on experiences and qualifications.
