Your Role:


As a Human Resources Coordinator at McCann New York, you will be working across our New York office to support the HR Generalist team as they unleash every employee's creative power by establishing a consciously inclusive and highly engaged culture, while also developing our employees' skills in an always on learning environment.

You will work with the HR department to deliver critical HR initiatives such as reporting and people metrics, performance management, onboarding and learning programs.

This position will also provide administrative support to the HR team.
What You'll Do Master reporting needs, including but not limited to, department metrics, EEO reporting, talent calibration and HRIS queries Support HR system rollouts Ensure HR administrative and compliance requirements are met Ensure data integrity of all assigned business units Suggest improvements to policies and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness Partner with the team in the annual internship program, diversity events, and agency events Assist with projects, ad-hoc tasks and desktop research as needed What You Bring 3

Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 USD plus overtime.

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

LocationMcCann New York team members must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York tristate area unless otherwise agreed upon by their manager and McCann New York's Human Resources team.

McCann New York is a hybrid workplace with a requirement of up to three days in the office per week.
