Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate recruitment and onboarding efforts, including crafting job advertisements, coordinating interview schedules, and performing background verifications.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support benefits administration, including managing enrollment processes, modifications, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Organize and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management activities, including tracking evaluations and providing support to supervisors.
  • Address employee inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Aid in payroll processing and ensure the maintenance of precise records.

Qualifications:
