Human Resources Project Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a Human Resources Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in our client's organization by overseeing the coordination, distribution, and analysis of HR data and project outcomes across various global initiatives within the MMC Technology Division.

This position will primarily focus on managing HR technology projects and conducting data analysis. The selected candidate will report to and assist the Chief People Officer for Technology for half of their time and will collaborate with People Partners for the remaining duration.


Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in the office

Compensation: $38.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential support to Senior HR Leaders in all talent management functions, including performance evaluation, employee engagement, career progression, and diversity initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain connections across the HR department to ensure that all operational and transactional needs are addressed promptly and efficiently; collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve any issues or inquiries.
  • Lead projects for significant people initiatives, which includes developing project timelines, monitoring progress against deadlines, and creating communication materials for key stakeholders.
  • Assist in executing year-end compensation and promotion processes in partnership with Senior HR Leaders.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services to deliver meaningful analytics that can inform business decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with several years of experience in HR processes and data management.
  • A strong client-centric approach with excellent judgment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive, with outstanding attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, organization, and utilization.
  • Strong technical abilities, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Capable of building strong relationships across a diverse client base.

Compensation Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
