- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms to source qualified candidates for open positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Resume Review and Interview Coordination: Support the resume review process to identify suitable candidates, matching qualifications and job requirements, and schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Job Description Creation and Posting: Create and post job descriptions on multiple channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
- Employee Records and HR Policies: Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and provide support in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- General HR Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related topics in a timely and professional manner, and provide front desk coverage from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years prior HR experience in retail preferred.
- Passion for working with people.
- Self-started with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to comfortably multi-task.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with high level of integrity and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS/ATS systems.
