Position Summary:
Support the Human Resources Department with various employee-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
The following tasks are typical duties that may be assigned to this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR Director with administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and maintain the HRIS (Paycom) as necessary.
  • Support coordinators in the areas of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll.
  • Participate in the recruitment and interview process, including conducting reference and social media checks.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain I-9 documentation for all employees.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reporting.
  • Conduct orientations for new hires.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Director.

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.
  • Dependable and punctual, following instructions and responding to management direction.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Experience and Education:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR Assistant role.
  • Certification or Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Tools and Software:
