Job Summary:
Beacon Hill Inc is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join their team in their NYC office. As a key member of the HR department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, handling benefits administration, onboarding, and managing internship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment, COBRA, and other related tasks.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation, benefits enrollment, and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the management of internship programs, including recruitment, training, and evaluation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Assist with HRIS system maintenance, including ADP and BambooHR.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting HR practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in benefits administration, onboarding, and management of internship programs.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP and BambooHR, strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in Spanish, strongly preferred.
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this position is $30-$40/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
