JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

General duties for all team members include:

Operating various equipment.
Stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas.
Preparing food products.
Receiving and processing customer orders via phone.
Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis.

Orientation and training will be provided on-site.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to understand and provide accurate written instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to process orders both over the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately and swiftly (calculator may be used).
Must be capable of making correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
Coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks. In-store temperatures can range from 36 degrees in coolers to over 90 degrees in certain work areas. Sudden temperature changes may occur in both work areas and outdoors. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces including walk-in coolers, hot surfaces/tools from ovens, and sharp edges or moving mechanical parts.
