Human Resources Information Systems Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW
Q-Cells is in search of a Human Resources Information Systems Analyst to enhance our expanding solar panel manufacturing division.
This role is pivotal in managing the design, execution, and upkeep of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to refine HR operations, promote system advancements, and guarantee the proficient application of HR technology throughout the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Formulate and execute a detailed HRIS strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives
• Collaborate with essential stakeholders to ascertain HR technology requirements and enhancements
• Act as the project lead for HR system transitions
• Spearhead the deployment and integration of HRIS modules and updates
• Maintain the integrity and precision of HRIS data through routine audits and system upkeep
• Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for HRIS users
• Optimize HR processes through effective HR technology utilization
• Identify automation opportunities and efficiency enhancements
• Conduct regular evaluations to ensure HRIS meets organizational demands
• Generate and present regular reports for HR and leadership, offering insights into critical HR metrics
• Utilize data analytics to guide decision-making and recognize trends
• Train HR personnel on report generation and data analysis within the HRIS
• Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies
• Partner with IT and security teams to uphold the security and confidentiality of HRIS data
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HRIS management support with a demonstrated history of success
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices
• Strong project management capabilities with an emphasis on successful system implementations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycom) and data analytics tools
