Overview

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. stands as a premier global producer of various transportation solutions, including golf cars, utility vehicles, snowmobiles, and all-terrain vehicles. Our products are utilized in diverse settings, from recreational areas to industrial sites, ensuring reliable performance across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategically plan and manage truckload, LTL, intermodal, and international shipments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to clients and partners.
2. Leverage Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance the efficiency of outbound logistics.
3. Collaborate with operational teams to optimize scheduling, thereby reducing costs associated with delays and empty runs.
4. Prepare comprehensive international shipping documentation, including hazardous material declarations and commercial invoices.
5. Maximize resource utilization by ensuring efficient container loading and coordinating backhauls for used vehicles.
6. Oversee relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to maintain a robust shipping network.
7. Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and communicate logistics updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
8. Coordinate with logistics personnel on scheduling, crating, and shipment preparation.
9. Provide daily updates to relevant internal teams as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is required.

Experience:
Entry Level: 0-2 years of experience required / Professional Level: 3 or more years of experience required.

Software Proficiency:
Experience with SAP is preferred.
