Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time role.

Core working hours are Monday to Friday, during the first shift.

Flexibility in hours is required.

Availability to work weekends may be requested by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields is required, along with relevant experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, critical thinking skills, and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Familiarity with the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Knowledge of the industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging trends, is advantageous.
  • Experience in strategic management, business analysis, market research, data analysis, and finance is beneficial. Additional coursework or certifications in project management, statistics, or strategic planning can also be advantageous.
