Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time role.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday, during the first shift.
Flexibility in hours is required.
Availability to work weekends may be requested by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields is required, along with relevant experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities, critical thinking skills, and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiarity with the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of the industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging trends, is advantageous.
- Experience in strategic management, business analysis, market research, data analysis, and finance is beneficial. Additional coursework or certifications in project management, statistics, or strategic planning can also be advantageous.
