About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our Commercial Finance team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing and validating pricing strategy across the company. Your expertise will help support our sales team with pricing strategy, implementation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and implement company pricing across products for assigned geography
  • Review and process price proposals, ensuring compliance with brand strategies and profit thresholds
  • Identify pricing, margin, or profit issues and opportunities, and provide solutions working in conjunction with field sales
  • Analyze product price indexes in market by brand and strategy, and provide solutions to achieve desired index if necessary
  • Provide lift analysis on strategic discounts and promotional activity
  • Assist Commercial Finance team with annual forecasting, including but not limited to; discount budgeting, predicting price increases, etc.
  • Assist Accounting Department with monthly discount accruals
  • Ad Hoc projects as needed for various departments such as Marketing, National Accounts, Sales, Accounting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science from an accredited college or university
  • 3-5 years of experience in related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Analytical Background (Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics)
  • Ability to quickly recognize data issues and apply critical thinking/problem-solving skills to develop proactive solutions
  • Desire to learn about the beer industry and understand retail pricing dynamics
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Strong ERP System knowledge, Cognos TM1, VIP iDig, or similar BI tools preferred
