Job Overview

We're seeking a highly autonomous and results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to join our growing GTM team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our CEO and founding Account Executive to drive sales growth and shape the direction of our product.

Your primary focus will be on experimenting with new outbound motions, partnering with Marketing and Business Operations counterparts on campaign ideas, and proactively reaching out to Growth trial customers to offer support and set them up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement new campaign ideas
  • Proactively engage with Growth trial customers to offer support and guidance
  • Collaborate with the CEO on Enterprise pricing and packaging deals
  • Share product recommendations to close large deals
  • Leverage product metrics to understand adoption signals and up-sell opportunities
  • Build repeatable playbooks across target personas
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions
  • Comfort with data and analysis to inform sales decisions
  • Innate sense of urgency and ability to work in a highly autonomous environment

Compensation Range: $150K - $250K
