Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at XPEL, you will be responsible for developing and managing paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads. Your goal will be to drive conversions and revenue growth while staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development and Management:
Develop and manage paid search campaigns to achieve business objectives, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.

2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign budgets and targeting.

3. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Paid Marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on ads performance, optimizations, and recommendations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly and effectively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Apps. Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize campaign performance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and best practices. Ability to handle bigger budgets and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Agency side experience preferred. Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
