Currently, Saatchi & Saatchi operates under a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work in-office three days a week and remotely for the remaining two days.

Position Summary

As a Client Services Executive (CSE) for the Chicago Region Toyota Dealer Association (TDA), you will collaborate closely with the Regional TDA Account Management and Media Planning Teams.

This role involves supporting various Client Service and Media tasks to assist the Saatchi Chicago Account Management team and the Chicago Media team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in client, internal, and partner status meetings.
  • Support the Account Supervisor and Management Director with diverse client deliverables.
  • Assist the Management Director in preparing for client meetings, including organizing meeting spaces and planning client events.
  • Collaborate with the Media team on various projects and maintain media plans.
  • Support the Management Supervisor with client financial tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Exemplary professionalism with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • A high level of enthusiasm and a desire to advance a career in advertising.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in agency or client account services.
  • This position requires a hybrid work schedule with in-office attendance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Keynote is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The role necessitates building strong relationships with other agency departments (Creative, Media, Traffic, Planning, and Finance) to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Some client interaction will be involved, making an understanding of the client's business crucial.
  • The CSE position demands extensive computer proficiency and a keen eye for detail.
