Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years in Client Services within marketing, advertising, or consulting sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven experience with site redesigns, CMS migrations, comprehensive campaigns, media planning and buying, adtech/martech, CRM, analytics solutions, and overall digital capabilities.
- Background in managing and enhancing the financial performance of accounts generating $8M in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated capability in managing complex teams and client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to respond swiftly to challenges.
