In this position, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients throughout their experience with BairesDev on Campus Live, empowering startups to enhance their market presence and accelerate sales growth. Your duties will encompass ensuring customer satisfaction, managing product onboarding, and offering customized support to align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients in achieving their business goals through optimal use of our lead generation platform.
- Facilitate smooth adoption of our products and services through effective onboarding and usage.
- Craft strategic marketing initiatives based on client objectives.
- Provide best practices and sales resources to maximize product effectiveness.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PaaS/SaaS customer support with a proven record in securing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
- Thorough understanding of the industry and strong business insight.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Skilled in delivering engaging presentations.
- Results-oriented, meticulous, and focused on deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and advanced English proficiency.
