Job Title: Procurement Content Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Content Specialist to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our Procurement Division, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training materials and instructional resources for staff involved in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user-friendly training materials covering procurement processes and tools.
  • Create job aids, guides, and instructional content to support staff operations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Update training materials to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Ensure all content aligns with organizational procurement policies and federal regulations (2-CFR-200).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, curriculum development, or instructional design, ideally within procurement or regulated industries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and federal compliance (2-CFR-200).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
