Regenerative Surgical Specialist

Kerecis LLC is a pioneering biotechnology company that has successfully transitioned from research and development to commercialization, experiencing rapid growth and outstanding patient results. We are seeking a highly motivated Regenerative Surgical Specialist to join our Direct Sales team in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and clinics to promote Kerecis Omega3 Wound, a regenerative graft from Omega3-rich fish skin.
- Sell and manage revenues consistent with Kerecis targets, working closely with clients and patients to deliver a successful experience.
- Support and develop market strategy, prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, report sales and forecasts, and maintain all information in Kerecis' CRM system.
- Assist in refining and developing Kerecis' go-to-market strategy, and advise the company on overall U.S. strategy.
- A high-energy, creative, flexible, results-oriented individual with a strong strategic and analytical approach.
- Ability to work in an intense, fast-paced, multinational work environment with limited supervision.
- Proven experience and high achievement in sales, preferably in operating rooms, with evidence of successfully developing and closing large-scale contracts with hospitals and clinics.
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree, preferably in the Business, Science, or Medical field, with a strong understanding of sales, sales planning, and sales execution.
