Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Operations: Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience, from greeting and seating to presenting menus and wine lists.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing exceptional service and meeting high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial aspects of food and beverage operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
