Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments of front-of-house and back-of-house operations to uphold quality.
  • Achieve financial targets by managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Plan and forecast staffing needs to align with business demands.
  • Utilize performance management tools to mentor and develop team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Execute inventory management and ensure timely reporting of operational metrics.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
