ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE:

The Food & Beverage team is dedicated to ensuring a fresh, full, and safe shopping experience for our guests at all times. This team is responsible for maintaining product freshness, stock availability, and accurate pricing on the sales floor. They excel in operations, processes, and efficiency, overseeing food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and promotional signage across all Food & Beverage sections of the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Beverage Operations Supervisor, your daily tasks will vary, but will typically include:

  • Understanding sales objectives and planning daily/weekly tasks to meet department and store sales goals while enhancing guest engagement through merchandising, pricing, transitions, revisions, sampling, and promotions.
  • Maintaining a fresh, full, and food-safe environment during all operating hours by applying strong inventory management practices and adhering to Food Safety policies.
  • Evaluating Food & Beverage and Food Service areas; conducting walk-throughs to identify priorities and develop business plans and task assignments; analyzing reports to recognize business trends for follow-up.
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
  • Monitoring team progress against Daily Assignment Sheets and best practices in production areas.
  • Working a schedule that aligns with guest and business needs, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
  • Building relationships with direct to store delivery (DSD) vendors to uphold brand standards and ensure product availability.
  • Leading the team to maintain Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and fostering a productive relationship with your Starbucks District Manager.
  • Demonstrating a service-oriented culture that prioritizes guest experiences; modeling, training, and coaching team members to meet service expectations.
  • Supporting your Executive Team Leader in promoting a culture of safety by recognizing hazards and ensuring the team adheres to safe working practices.
